In order to put a picture in your profile, click on "my account" link located on the top of the site on your right hand side. Click on your female avitar [grey female\male silouette], then that will bring up your browse to look for your profile picture. After you have up loaded your picture, then click on "Make Primary" button. Let me know if this helps.
